Our team takes the time to get to know your child — their interests, routines, and comfort items — so we can create a welcoming, familiar experience right from the start.
A strong relationship with a key person is central to helping children feel safe in a new setting. From day one, your child will be supported by a consistent member of staff who becomes their go-to for cuddles, encouragement, and confidence-building throughout the day.
We offer a gentle, phased settling-in plan that allows children to explore the nursery with a parent or carer nearby at first. Short visits gradually build into longer sessions as your child becomes more comfortable. There’s no rush — we go at their pace.
We know that starting nursery can be emotional for parents too. That’s why we keep you updated every step of the way — with photos, check-ins, and warm reassurances. You’re always welcome to ask questions, share concerns, or just have a quick chat at drop-off.
